Delivery Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $99.

For orders under a total of $99 (before shipping costs), delivery to the North Island of NZ is a flat rate of $15 and South Island of NZ is at a flat rate of $10 (except rural deliveries).

Rural deliveries incur an additional NZ Post charge of $6, and is applied to all orders (including those over $99).

This does not include delivery to islands outside of the North and South Islands of New Zealand, if you would like delivery to these places please email us for a quote.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand.

Please Note: Choc items may melt in transit. Shipping of Choc items is therefore at the purchasers risk and Rainbow Confectionery Ltd will not be responsible, for any choc products that arrives in a melted condition.

Delivery Times

Orders will be processed as soon as possible and sent no later than the next working day (Mon - Fri) following receipt of your order.

Orders received before midday will be couriered that day. Orders received after midday will be couriered the next business day.

Expected delivery times:

South Island delivery 1-5 working days

North Island delivery 2-5 working days

Rural delivery 2-6 working days

NOTE:  From time to time events outside of the control of both Rainbow Confectionery and our contracted courier may cause unexpected delays in delivery timeframes.
