Order Confirmation

An invoice will be emailed to you automatically at the completion of your order. If you do not receive this, please phone us on 03 437 1847 or email onlineshop@rainb0w.co.nz.

Delivery Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $120.

For orders under a total of $120 (before shipping costs):

• Delivery to the North Island of NZ is a flat rate of $15.
• Delivery to the South Island of NZ is a flat rate of $10 (except rural deliveries).

Rural deliveries incur an additional NZ Post charge of $6, which applies to all orders (including those over $120).

This does not include delivery to islands outside of the North and South Islands of New Zealand. If you would like delivery to these places, please email us for a quote.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand.

Please Note: Chocolate items may melt in transit. Shipping of chocolate products is at the purchaser’s risk, and Rainbow Confectionery Ltd will not be responsible for any chocolate products that arrive in a melted condition.

Delivery Times

Orders will be processed as soon as possible and sent no later than the next working day (Mon - Fri) following receipt of your order.

Orders received before midday will be couriered that day. Orders received after midday will be couriered the next business day.

Expected delivery times:

• South Island delivery: 1–5 working days
• North Island delivery: 2–5 working days
• Rural delivery: 2–6 working days

Note: From time to time, events outside the control of both Rainbow Confectionery and our contracted courier may cause unexpected delays in delivery timeframes.
