LOLLY CAKE RECIPE

Method

  1. Crush malt biscuits in a food processor and cut up Assorted Puffs.
  2. Melt butter and condensed milk in a saucepan on a low heat.
  3. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the lollies and add to the melted mixture and combine.
  4. Shape the mixture into a log, roll in coconut, wrap in glad wrap and put in the fridge until set (should be really hard.)
  5. Cut with a sharp knife . . . . . Mmmmmm!!

Ingredients

  • 125g Butter
  • ½ Can of Condensed Milk
  • Packet of Malt Biscuits
  • 200g Assorted Puffs
  • Desiccated Coconut
